4-Methylanilinium 2-carboxyacetate
In the crystal of the title salt, C7H10N+·C3H3O4−, the cations are linked to the anions via N—H...O and trifurcated N—H...(O,O,O) hydrogen bonds. The anions are linked into [010] chains by O—H...O hydrogen bonds.

Hippo pathway at the crossroads of stemness and therapeutic resistance in breast cancer
Dysregulation of the Hippo pathway drives nuclear accumulation of YAP/TAZ, activating stemness‐related transcriptional programs that sustain breast cancer stemness and fuel therapeutic resistance across subtypes, underscoring Hippo signaling as a targetable vulnerability. Figure created and edited with BioRender.com.

Crystal structure of 3-amino-1-propylpyridinium bromide
The title molecular salt, C8H13N2+·Br−, crystallizes with two independent 3-aminopyridinium cations and two bromide anions in the asymmetric unit (Z′ = 2). In the pyridine ring, the N atom is alkylated by a propyl group.

We analyze cisplatin–DNA adducts (CDAs) and double‐strand breaks (DSBs) in a cell‐cycle‐dependent manner. We find that CDAs form similarly across all cell cycle phases. DSBs arise only in S‐phase. CDAs might not directly impair DSB repair, but S‐phase DSB lesions evolve in the presence of CDAs and disrupt repair in G2, also causing radiosensitization ...

The title molecular salt, C5H7N2+·C12H8ClN4O7−·0.5H2O, crystallizes as a hemihydrate. The two rings in the barbiturate anion are not coplanar but make a dihedral angle of 43.17 (16)°. The two nitro groups deviate from the ring to which they are attached;

Here, we demonstrate that HS1BP3 interacts with Cortactin through a proline‐rich region (PRR3.1) and show that this interaction, and HS1BP3 itself, promote cancer cell proliferation and invasion. Inhibition of this interaction leads to build‐up of TKS5 in multivesicular endosomes and altered secretion of CD63 and CD9, providing an explanation for the ...
