Data Encryption Using Zigzag and Sequences of Bio Molecular Information
Indian Journal of Public Health Research & Development, 2019This paper proposed a new encryption algorithm for secure file communication. It consists of three stages of protection: DNA computation, generating keys, and encryption. The first stage, the file is converted to protein sequences. The second stage, an enormous number of random keys are generated of length ranged from (2^8 to 2^512 bits) using mRNA and

Reconstruction of molecular phylogeny of extant hominoids from DNA sequence data
American Journal of Physical Anthropology, 1991AbstractEvolutionary distance matrices of the extant hominoids are computed from DNA sequence data, and hominoid DNA phylogenies are reconstructed by applying the neighbor‐joining method to these distance matrices. The chimpanzee is clustered with the human in most of the phylogenetic trees thus obtained.

Molecular phylogeny of Diploschistes inferred from ITS sequence data
The Lichenologist, 2003AbstractThe phylogeny of the genus Diploschistes was investigated using nucleotide sequences of the nuclear ITS rDNA region (ITS1, ITS2 and 5.8S rDNA). Sequences of 22 Diploschistes species were aligned to those of six other species of Thelotremataceae, Graphis scripta and Aspicilia cinerea, with the last used as an outgroup. The alignment was analysed

Molecular phylogeny of Trichostomoideae (Pottiaceae, Bryophyta) based on nrITS sequence data
TAXON, 2005AbstractBayesian analysis of an alignment of 83 nrITS sequences belonging to 66 taxa of Pottiaceae revealed representatives of subfamily Trichostomoideae in a well supported monophyletic lineage. Two robust clades within Trichostomoideae include species of Tortella and Weissia, respectively.
