Subchorial Hematoma Mole (Breus' Mole)
JAMA, 1963SUBCHORIAL HEMATOMA MOLES probably occur more often than a survey of the recent obstetrical literature 1-3 would suggest. This chapter explores different types of formulae in chemistry: empirical formula and molecular formula. It defines empirical formula as the simplest whole-number ratio of atoms of each element in a compound. Molecular formula can be defined as the whole-number multiple of the empirical formula.

Melanomas often occur on the feet and quite commonly on the genitals. An association between pregnancy and growth of melanomas has been noted. Suspicious-appearing moles in children should be removed before puberty. The author recommends wide excision of the tumor and surrounding skin and extirpation of adjoining lymphatics.
