LBP treatment improved AD symptoms, including oxidative stress and Aβ aggregation in the nematodes, primarily through the modulation of two master regulators, DAF‐16 and HSF‐1. DAF‐16 activation induced the expression of antioxidant genes to eliminate ROS.
