Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.

Measurements of the moments of inertia of the Morane-Saulnier M.S.760 'PARIS' aircraft [PDF]
This note describes the measurement of the moments of inertia, of a Morane-Saulnier M.S.760 'PARIS' aircraft. The moments of inertia in pitch, roll, and yaw were measured by the spring-constrained oscillation method.

THE MOMENTS OF INERTIA TIE-UP WITH SEXUAL SIZE DIMORPHISM IN RED MILLIPEDES CENTROBOLUS COOK, 1897
: Body size is a correlate of copulation duration in Centrobolus. I tested for the presence of a relationship between sexual size dimorphism (SSD) and moments of inertia in C. fulgidus (n=11), C. inscriptus (n=88, 56+41), and C. ruber (n=18).

Stability of axially loaded tapered columns/Centriškai gniuždomų trapecinių kolonų stabilumas
In this paper, theoretical analysis of tapered column's bearing capacity is presented. A slender axially loaded column loses stability, when it achieves critical load (1). Critical load for uniform column can be calculated using L. Euler's formula (3).

Somatic mutational landscape in von Hippel–Lindau familial hemangioblastoma
The causes of central nervous system (CNS) hemangioblastoma in Von Hippel–Lindau (vHL) disease are unclear. We used Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) on familial hemangioblastoma to investigate events that underlie tumor development. Our findings suggest that VHL loss creates a permissive environment for tumor formation, while additional alterations ...

Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

EXOSC10, an essential nuclear RNA exosome‐associated 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease, is inhibited by the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU), and EXOSC10 depletion increases 5‐FU sensitivity. The colon‐cancer variant EXOSC10S402T, located in a proteolysis motif, is stable and nuclear but nonfunctional in vivo.

Scaling segmental moments of inertia for individual subjects
The purpose of this investigation was to validate methods of scaling human segmental moments of inertia for the transverse principal axis. Firstly, two methods of scaling Chandler et al.'s (Pamphlets DOT HS-801 430 and AMRL TR-74-137, Wright Patterson ...

Interpreting the effects of DNA polymerase variants at the structural level
Using MAVISp and molecular dynamics simulations, we analyzed over 60 000 missense variants in POLE and POLD1 from ClinVar, COSMIC, cBioPortal, and saturation mutagenesis. Identified mechanistic indicators, including stability, binding, and long‐range, enable structural interpretation, providing ACMG‐like evidence for possible reclassification of VUS ...
