An Efficient Local Word Augment Approach for Mongolian Handwritten Script Recognition
Lecture Notes in Computer Science, 2021The scarcity problem of Mongolian handwritten data greatly limits the accuracy of Mongolian handwritten script recognition. Most existing augmentation methods generate new samples by making holistic transformation on the existing samples, which cannot fully reflect the variation of the Mongolian handwritten words.

Ancient-to-Modern Information Retrieval for Digital Collections of Traditional Mongolian Script
Lecture Notes in Computer Science, 2010This paper discusses our recent improvements to the traditional Mongolian script digital library (TMSDL), which can be used to access ancient historical documents written in traditional Mongolian using a query in modern Mongolian. The results of the experiment show that the percentage of successfully retrieved queries was improved.
