Evaluation of diagnostic criteria and red flags of myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein encephalomyelitis in a clinical routine cohort. [PDF]
Differential diagnosis of MOG encephalomyelitis vs. MS is crucial. Application of consensus diagnostic criteria and proposed red flags is helpful in a clinical routine cohort, and MOG‐IgG retesting (incl. change of assay) as well as evaluation of CSF‐specific OCB may further help in the distinction of the two entities.

Migraine and vertigo are two very prevalent conditions in general population. The coexistence of both in the same subject is a significant clinical challenge, since it is not always possible to understand whether they are causally related or associated by chance, requiring different diagnostic and therapeutic approaches.

The Role of Dendritic Cells in Tissue‐Specific Autoimmunity
In this review, we explore the role of dendritic cell subsets in the development of tissue‐specific autoimmune diseases. From the increasing list of dendritic cell subclasses, it is becoming clear that we are only at the beginning of understanding the role of these antigen presenting cells in mediating autoimmunity.
