A Strategic Approach for Enhanced p‐Type Doping of WSe2 p‐MOSFETs Using an Atomic Oxidation Process

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
A robust approach to p‐type doping in monolayer WSe2 is demonstrated using phase‐engineered WSeyOx / WSe2 / WSeyOx heterostructures formed via atomic oxidation. Self‐limited surface oxidation enables non‐destructive charge transfer doping while preserving intrinsic channel properties.

Controllable Antiferromagnetic to Ferromagnetic Transition of CrSBr by Organic Cation Intercalation

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
The phase transformation of antiferromagnetic CrSBr into ferromagnetic TBA‐CrSBr is realized by intercalating organic TBA⁺ cations into its van der Waals gap. The temperature dependence of magnetization unambiguously shows the typical antiferromagnetic and ferromagnetic behavior for pristine CrSBr and intercalated TBA‐CrSBr, respectively.

Regular and Inverted Hysteresis in Organic Electrochemical Transistors: Mechanisms and Electrochemical Insights

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
In organic electrochemical transistors, the switch from regular to inverted hysteresis in the transfer curve is driven by how ions move in and out of the mixed electronic‐ionic semiconductor. This behavior is tightly linked to the open‐circuit potential (OCP) at the electrolyte–semiconductor interface, with scan speed determining whether ion dynamics ...

Discerning Blend Microstructure and Charge Recombination for Stable Biorenewable‐Based Organic Photovoltaics

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.
A combination of morphological, electrical, and spectroscopy techniques is used to evaluate the degradation mechanisms of non‐fullerene (NFA)‐based organic photovoltaics (OPVs). Blends based on Y12 are more stable than Y6, aspeciallyOPVs from FO6‐T:Y12 demonstrated superior stability with an extrapolated T80 of over 2000 hours under maximum power point
