Development of Heavy Ion Transport Monte Carlo Code [PDF]
Abstract We developed a heavy ion transport Monte Carlo code HETC-CYRIC which can treat the fragments produced by heavy ion reactions. The HETC-CYRIC code is made by incorporating a heavy ion reaction calculation routine, which consists of the HIC code, the SPAR code, and the Shen formula, into the hadron transport Monte Carlo code HETC-3-STEP.

Monte Carlo simulations of chromium target under proton irradiation of 17.9, 22.3 MeV
Chromium material is commonly used for fusion plasma facing applications because of the low neutron activation property. The Monte Carlo method is one of the useful ways to investigate the ion-target interactions.

A parameter optimisation toolchain for Monte Carlo detector simulation [PDF]
Monte Carlo detector transport codes are one of the backbones in high-energy physics computing. They simulate the transport of a large variety of different particle types through complex detector geometries based on different physics models.

Monte Carlo Radiation Transport for Astrophysical Transients Powered by Circumstellar Interaction
In this paper, we introduce SuperLite , an open-source Monte Carlo radiation transport code designed to produce synthetic spectra for astrophysical transient phenomena affected by circumstellar interaction. SuperLite utilizes Monte Carlo methods for semi-
