Ophidiomycosis Prevalence and Disease Ecology in a Natrix tessellata (Laurenti, 1768) Population From Northern Italy

open access: yesJournal of Experimental Zoology Part A: Ecological and Integrative Physiology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Fungal pathogens pose a growing threat to vertebrate biodiversity. In snakes, Ophidiomyces ophidiicola (Oo) has garnered particular concern, although its impact in Europe remains poorly understood. We conducted a season‐long, standardized survey of dice snakes (Natrix tessellata) along the northern shore of Lake Como (Italy) to quantify Oo and

Sharing Good News at Work to Collaborate and to Self‐Enhance: A Motivational and Reputational Perspective on Workplace Interpersonal Capitalization

open access: yesJournal of Organizational Behavior, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Employees routinely experience work‐related positive events. In the wake of these events, employees sometimes share the good news with coworkers—a phenomenon known as workplace interpersonal capitalization. Research shows that such capitalization matters for how employees feel and act.

A set of serum proteomic biomarkers differentiates celiac children from age and human leukocyte antigen‐matched healthy controls

open access: yesJournal of Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition, EarlyView.
Abstract Objective The latest European Society of Gastroenterology Hepatology and Nutrition (ESPGHAN) criteria for celiac disease (CD) diagnosis reduced the requirement for a small intestinal biopsy but still, for most of the cases a small intestinal biopsy is required for a safe diagnosis: hence the attempt to identify serum biomarkers that could ...

Customized Scattering‐Robust 3D Speckle Correlation for Improved Resolution and Imaging Depth in Scattering Tissue

open access: yesLaser &Photonics Reviews, EarlyView.
A scattering‐robust 3D speckle customization method is proposed to enhance both resolution and imaging depth in scattering tissue. Applied to light‐field microscopy (LFM), it improves 3D resolution by over twofold under strong optical scattering. In wide‐field fluorescence imaging, it enables a substantial improvement in imaging depth, allowing imaging

Data‐Driven Design and Discovery of Metal–Organic Framework/Polymer Mixed Matrix Membranes

open access: yesMacromolecular Materials and Engineering, EarlyView.
Integration of machine learning (ML) to current experimental and computational studies will be central to unlocking the potential of metal–organic framework (MOF)/polymer mixed matrix membranes (MMMs) by guiding materials selection, predicting membrane performance, and even synthesis conditions.
