In this study we analyze the role of phylogeny, environment, and community structure on sociality. Using structural equation modeling (SEM) we aim to quantify the direct and indirect impacts of variables on behaviors including social grouping, reproduction, and space use among Carnivora species.

Winston Churchill and France: A Certain Ideal
Abstract This article examines relations between Winston Churchill and France. It argues that Churchill was sympathetic to France and, in particular, unusual among Englishmen of his generation in being sympathetic to its political system, but also that this sympathy did not make Churchill consistent in his relations with France.
