Electrical switching in the MoO3–WO3–P2O5 and MoO3–P2O5 glasses

Ionics, 2009
High field electrical switching on blown films of MoO3(60%)–P2O5(40%), MoO3(50%)–WO3(10%)–P2O5(40%), and MoO3(45%)–WO3(15%)–P2O5(40%) having different thicknesses was studied and compared. Switching was observed using two terminal samples. S-type current–voltage characteristic (current-controlled negative resistance—CCNR) with memory was observed in ...

Deactivation studies on NiO-MoO3/Al2O3 and CoO-MoO3/Al2O3hydrodesulphurization catalysts

Studies in Surface Science and Catalysis, 1997
The results of comparative investigation of NiO-MoO 3 /γ-Al 2 O 3 hydrodesulphurization (HDS) catalyst deactivation in industrial plant and laboratory conditions are presented. Structural (XRD, DRS, XPS), textural (LTNA) and morphological (SEM) characteristics were followed depending on temperature, time of treatment and the atmosphere of regeneration.

Transparent organic light-emitting devices using a MoO3/Ag/MoO3 cathode

Journal of Applied Physics, 2011
MoO3/Ag/MoO3 (MAM) stacks are investigated for utilization as transparent cathodes in organic light-emitting devices (OLEDs). The stacks can be fabricated using simple thermal evaporation at relatively low temperatures, and can be readily and safely utilized as top electrodes, without causing deposition damage to the organic layers.

The FeVO4-MoO3 system

Journal of Thermal Analysis, 1986
A phase diagram of the FeVO4-MoO3 system has been constructed from the results of DTA and X-ray analysis. The components of the system form a compound FeVMoO7. This compound melts incongruently at 680±5 °C, with separation of the solid Fe4V2Mo3O20.

Photoaccumulating film systems based on TiO2/MoO3 and TiO2/MoO3:V2O5 nanoheterostructures

Russian Journal of Physical Chemistry B, 2017
The thin-film photocatalysts TiO2/MoO3 and TiO2/MoO3:V2O5 obtained by a combination of sol–gel and sintering techniques were studied using the photooxidation of probing dyes, EPR spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction analysis, and electron microscopy. It was shown that due to charge accumulation caused by UV irradiation, these photocatalysts retain their ...

The CrVO4-MoO3 system

Thermochimica Acta, 1989
Abstract The phase equilibria in the CrVO 4 -MoO 3 system were studied up to 1000°C over the entire range of concentration of components using differential thermal analysis and X-ray powder diffraction. The compound CrVMoO 7 exists in this system and melts incongruently at 820 ± 5°C.

Optical properties of MoO3/Ag/MoO3 multilayer structures determined using spectroscopic ellipsometry

Journal of Vacuum Science & Technology A: Vacuum, Surfaces, and Films, 2019
The authors investigated the optical and electrical properties of MoO3/Ag/MoO3 multilayer structures grown using thermal evaporation on glass. For the top and bottom MoO3 layers, they found that thicknesses of 35 and 20 nm, respectively, gave the highest transmittance in the visible spectral range.

?????????????? ???????????????????????????????? ?????????????????? ???? ???????????????? MoO3

2012
It is shown that the mechanochemical treatment of MoO3 in various media allows one to change a oxide crystalline modification and the relative content of its crystallographic planes. An increase of the surface area and a reduction of the particle sizes are determined. As a result, the catalysts with high selectivity at the C2H5OH oxidation are obtained.
