Modern competency‐based teaching of human sexual development
Abstract Embryology is an integral part of anatomy and a key subject in basic medical education. The development of the sexual tract, which is closely associated with the formation of the urinary tract and the organs of continence, is particularly complex and relevant for many medical disciplines.

Self-Organisation as the Mechanism of Development and Evolution in Social Systems
The chapter explores how close the concepts of morphogenesis and self-organisation are. Both can be seen to have natural science origins though applicable to the long-term history of societies, to events within societies and to contemporary society ...

Essential embryology for the Canadian pathologists’ assistant
Abstract Pathologists' assistants (PAs) are pivotal in healthcare, conducting autopsies and examining tissues under a pathologist's guidance. Embryology knowledge is crucial for PAs to accurately assess anomalies and identify pathologies. Yet, it is often overlooked in academic PA training programs.

Studies on the morphology and morphogenesis of Chilodonella cyprini Moroff
The present paper describes the morphology, infraciliature, siliverline system and the morphogenesis of Chilodonella cyprini. There are two circumoral ciliary rows and a preoral ciliary row on the buccal region and a dorsal row of bristles. The number of

Atomically precise metal cluster enzymes for pathological tissue regeneration
Schematic illustration of atomically precise metal cluster enzymes (MCEs) for pathological tissue regeneration. Atomically precise MCEs can modulate biological processes, such as attenuation of inflammatory responses, eradication of bacterial pathogens, regulation of angiogenesis, and promotion of cell development.

Mitochondria‐endoplasmic reticulum contact sites (MERCS) are areas where the mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum closely interact. In this study, we utilize synthetic organelle glues to artificially engineer MERCS for regulating cardiomyocyte development, through which the immature and chemo‐plasticity issues of undifferentiated cells are addressed.
