Human dental pulp stem cell secretome emerges as a cell‐free therapeutic strategy for ischemic stroke by reprogramming redox and inflammatory signaling. hDPSC secretome‐derived antioxidant and immunomodulatory factors suppress the TLR4–NOX–ROS–NF‐κB axis, reduce microglial inflammatory responses and apoptosis, and promote neurogenesis, angiogenesis ...

Standardization and repeatability is at the heart of all scientific research, yet very little literature exists to standardize morphometric measurements within vertebrate groups. This is particularly true for amphibians. Our study attempts to rectify this lack of methodological standardization for the measurement of morphological characters in anurans ...

Astrocyte‐specific SHP1 deletion disrupts astrocyte–vascular interactions and compromises BBB integrity while enhancing STAT1‐dependent CXCL10 expression. These changes synergistically promote peripheral CD4+ and CD8+ T‐cell infiltration into the SDH. The infiltrating T cells secrete IFN‐γ, which in turn activates microglia.

Morphometric description of uterus wall of the irradiated animals posterity
The morphometric parameters of uterus wall in postnatal ontogenesis of first generation offsprings after -ray exposure of male and female rats before coupling were investigated. The animals were exposured by total fractionating -irradiation in a dose 1,0 Gy. The animals were allowed to couple after completion of irradiation.

Oocytes play crucial roles in maintaining ovarian fate in adult gonochoristic fish. Targeted oocyte ablation with aromatase inhibition triggers the activation of surviving germline stem cells and the transdifferentiation of somatic cells from granoulosa/theca to Sertoli/Leydig lineages, inducing a complete and functional female‐to‐male sex reversal ...

Maternal exercise (ME) increases apelin abundance across maternal and fetal tissues and is associated with improved fetal osteogenesis under POLG mutation‐induced mitochondrial dysfunction. Apelin‐APJ signaling is linked to enhanced mitochondrial function, Akt phosphorylation, and ATF4‐RUNX2 association, supporting coordinated fetal bone remodeling ...

Tissue incision induces CXCL5 release, which activates neuronal CXCR2 on incision‐innervating sensory neurons. Neuronal CXCR2 couples with TRPA1 to drive mechanical pain and engages p38 MAPK signaling to upregulate TRPV1 and promote heat pain. Targeted Cxcr2 knockdown relieves incisional pain while preserving CXCR2‐dependent neutrophil responses ...
