WDR72 Promotes Neuroblastoma Stemness and Progression by Sequestering TRIM31‐Mediated Degradation of CBX8

This study unveiled that METTL14 mediates m6A modification of WDR72 mRNA to stabilize and enhance WDR72 expression, which disrupts TRIM31‐mediated ubiquitination of CBX8 protein and retards its degradation, finally the elevated CBX8 contributes to tumor stemness.

Complications after medullary thyroid carcinoma surgery: multicentre study of the SQRTPA and EUROCRINE® databases

This study investigated postoperative complications after surgery for medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) in Europe. Hypoparathyroidism, recurrent laryngeal nerve palsy and bleeding requiring reoperation occurred in 170 (26·2 per cent), 62 (13·7 per cent) and 17 (2·6 per cent) patients respectively.

Integrated Single‐Cell and TCR Profiling Reveals Protection‐Associated CD8+ T Cell Subsets Linked to Viral Control in PRRSV

PRRSV vaccine‐mediated protection is associated with clonally expanded cytotoxic CD8+ T cell subsets driven by viral structural proteins and supported by innate TLR4/TLR8 signaling and CD4+ T cell help, whereas non‐protective responses are characterized by dysfunctional exhausted‐like CD8+ T cells linked to poor viral control.

Mortality salience in professionals witnessing death: The effects of mortality manipulation on doctors’ evaluations

This study investigates whether frequently witnessing death leads to desensitization in terms of death anxiety. A total of 163 individuals, comprising 71 doctors from branches with high death rates and 92 doctors from branches where mortality is rarely seen, participated in this study.
