Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

Fundamental Studies of the Silicon Carbide MOS Structure
The ability to thermally grow SiO2 on silicon carbide (SiC) has made Metal Oxide Semiconductor (MOS) devices feasible in SiC. Critical in their development is a thorough understanding of the SiC MOS structure itself.

P-GaN Tri-Gate MOS Structure for Normally-Off GaN Power Transistors
In this letter, we present a new concept for normally-off AlGaN/GaN-on-Si MOS-HEMTs based on the combination of p-GaN, tri-gate and MOS structures to achieve high threshold voltage (V-TH) and low on-resistance (R-ON).

EXOSC10, an essential nuclear RNA exosome‐associated 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease, is inhibited by the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU), and EXOSC10 depletion increases 5‐FU sensitivity. The colon‐cancer variant EXOSC10S402T, located in a proteolysis motif, is stable and nuclear but nonfunctional in vivo.

Processing Techniques of MOS Capacitors [PDF]
Variations in both MOS capacitor structure and fabrication process were characterized using 1MHz C-V measurements. This involved processing MOS capacitors with and without backside oxide, and wet etching versus plasma ashing photoresist. The experimental

Nonlinear Optical Bistability in a Bragg Reflector Multilayered Structure with MoS2
The special band structure of bilayer MoS2 makes it show strong nonlinear optical characteristics in the visible band, which provides a new way to develop visible nonlinear devices.

We analyze cisplatin–DNA adducts (CDAs) and double‐strand breaks (DSBs) in a cell‐cycle‐dependent manner. We find that CDAs form similarly across all cell cycle phases. DSBs arise only in S‐phase. CDAs might not directly impair DSB repair, but S‐phase DSB lesions evolve in the presence of CDAs and disrupt repair in G2, also causing radiosensitization ...

Interpreting the effects of DNA polymerase variants at the structural level
Using MAVISp and molecular dynamics simulations, we analyzed over 60 000 missense variants in POLE and POLD1 from ClinVar, COSMIC, cBioPortal, and saturation mutagenesis. Identified mechanistic indicators, including stability, binding, and long‐range, enable structural interpretation, providing ACMG‐like evidence for possible reclassification of VUS ...
