The vaccine potential of Edwardsiella tarda ghosts produced by gene E mediated lysis was investigated using tilapia (Oreochromis mosambicus). Tilapia immunized with E. tarda ghosts (ETG) and formalin killed E. tarda (FKC) vaccines showed significantly higher serum agglutination titers than control fish.

هدف از این پژوهش تعیین میزان بازارپسندی فیله ی تیلاپیای هیبرید قرمز (Oreochromis niloticus × Tilapia mosambicus) و تیلاپیای نیل (Oreochromis niloticus) پرورش یافته در مرکز تحقیقات ماهیان آب شور داخلی شهرستان بافق(یزد) بود. نمونههای ماهی به مرکز ملی تحقیقات فرآوری ایران واقع در بندر انزلی انتقال داده شد وعمل فیله کردن ماهیان به صورت دستی انجام شد.
