Genotype-Dependent Variations in Egg Quality and Nutritional Composition of Thermotolerant Chickens Under Hot-Climate Conditions. [PDF]
Food Sci NutrHot‐climate conditions revealed clear genotype‐dependent differences in egg quality and nutritional composition among Fayoumi, Naked Neck, and Frizzled hens. These thermotolerant genotypes showed distinct amino acid, lipid, omega‐3, and iron profiles, supporting climate‐resilient poultry production.
