We use scanning nitrogen vacancy magnetometry to directly image the weak in‐plane magnetic moments in mixed phase BiFeO3 at the nanoscale and quantify the local magnetic moments to be 18.8±2.0 μB/nm2 in the rhombohedral‐like phase and 1.5±0.6 μB/nm2 in the well‐known non‐magnetic tetragonal‐like phase.

A gradient M/MOx (M = Sn, Cu, Cd) synergistic interphase was constructed on Al via a one‐step displacement reaction. This interphase leverages high aluminophilicity and ion‐buffering capability to accelerate desolvation, enhance Al3+ transport, and suppress side reactions, enabling ultrastable symmetric cell operation at 0.05 mA cm−2 for 1800 h with an

Ion stopping force from Bohmian mechanics
We employed Bohmian mechanics to solve the equations of motion for a charged particle traveling in a free electron gas. Quantum effects are accounted for by including the Bohm quantum-mechanical potential Q, which depends on the electronic density, in ...

A molecular shielding strategy to convert “protein‐sticky” and “non‐tumor specific” clinical ICG dye, into a “low protein binding” and “tumor‐targeting” dye with prolonged blood circulation and renal clearance is described. These shielded ICGs demonstrate strong tumor accumulation and optimal tissue clearance, resulting in high tumor‐to‐background ...

This article details the development of an artery‐on‐chip platform for in vitro arterial disease modeling and therapeutic discovery. It describes the fabrication of a fibrin biomaterial scaffold seeded with iPSC‐derived smooth muscle and endothelial cells, mimicking native artery properties. Two genetic disease models showcase the platform's ability to

QPOs from charged particles around charged black holes in STVG
This study investigates the dynamics of electrically charged test particles around electrically charged Reissner–Nordström (RN) black holes (BHs) in scalar-tensor-vector gravity (STVG), known as modified gravity (MOG).

ON THE MOTION OF CHARGED PARTICLES IN NON-STANDARD TOKAMAK MAGNETIC FIELD
In this paper we analyze the motion of charged particles in a non-standard magnetic field that is of a Clebsch type representation where a magnetic perturbation is considered. The safety factor of ASDEX-Upgrade is used.

Toward Fast Proton Shuttling in Acidic Oxygen Evolution Reaction
This review establishes proton transfer dynamics as a descriptor governing acidic OER activity, moving beyond the kinetic constraints derived from the proton coupled electron transfer. We discuss how deprotonation governs classical mechanisms, including adsorbate evolution mechanism (AEM), lattice oxygen mechanism (LOM) and oxide path mechanism (OPM ...

The calculation of the motion of charged particles in crossed fields
Приведены результаты расчета движения заряженных частиц в скрещенных электрическом и магнитном полях в одночастичном приближении. Учтены параметры магнитного и электрического полей установки по разделению заряженных частиц (магнитоплазменного сепаратора).
