Enforcement Against Movable Property in Germany
2021After a long discussion, the German legislator reformed the law of enforcement in movable property in 2013. A main point of the reform was to introduce the obligation of the debtor to disclose his complete assets at the very beginning of the enforcement procedure upon request of the editor. This is indeed an essential improvement.
