Structure‐forward targeting of claudins with synthetic binders
Claudins form the paracellular barriers between epithelial and endothelial tissues at tight junctions and are targets for molecular binders with the goal of modulating barrier permeability. Claudin‐binding molecules are relevant in drug delivery or in altering claudin interactions with disease‐causing proteins.

Peripheral lysosomes recruit PLEKHG3 to focal adhesions and restrain protrusion dynamics
Proximity‐dependent labeling at the LAMTOR complex revealed the Rho GEF PLEKHG3 as a lysosome‐proximal protein directing the study toward the influence of lysosome positioning on actin dynamics and cell motility. We show that PLEKHG3 colocalizes with lysosomes at focal adhesion sites and observe that forced peripheral dispersion of lysosomes hinders ...

EKPLORASI OBJEK BERGERAK DENGAN FOTOGRAFI TIGA WARNA
Three-color photography is a technique used to produce color photography in the past. Because the shooting is not simultaneous then this technique producesan image that is not perfect at moving objects such as lines of color on the edges of moving ...

Epigenetic reprogramming of lineage switching in cancer
Cancer cells rarely commit to a single identity. Epigenetic mechanisms and tumor microenvironment cues push epithelial cells toward flexible, hybrid states that can shift into mesenchymal, neuroendocrine, or stem‐like fates, driving metastasis, drug resistance, and tumor heterogeneity. Targeting the epigenetic regulators behind these transitions, using

Emerging experimental and computational methods for studying redox‐regulated structural transitions
Redox reactions can reshape proteins and alter how they behave in cells, with important consequences for health and disease. This review explores emerging experimental and computational approaches for discovering these redox‐sensitive protein switches, revealing their structural effects, and predicting their behavior, opening new opportunities to ...

MOVING OBJECTS AND SPATIAL DATA SOURCES
Moving object is a well-established concept in geographic information system (GIS) science. It is an entity whose spatial position or extent changes continuously over time. Some examples are cars, animals and deforested regions.

Artificial molecular machines and motors—Design and control of nanoscale motion
Molecules are constantly moving because of thermal fluctuations, but random motion alone cannot be exploited to perform directional tasks. Artificial molecular machines use chemical, electrical, or light energy to bias this motion. Molecular shuttles, rotary motors, and supramolecular pumps illustrate how nanoscale movement can be controlled and ...

Incrementally Detecting Moving Objects in Video with Sparsity and Connectivity
Moving object detection is crucial for cognitive vision-based robot tasks. However, due to noise, dynamic background, variations in illumination, and high frame rate, it is a challenging task to robustly and efficiently detect moving objects in video ...
