High continuous fragility index values for randomised controlled trials investigating medial patellofemoral ligament reconstruction for patellar instability: A systematic review

open access: yesKnee Surgery, Sports Traumatology, Arthroscopy, Volume 34, Issue 2, Page 494-508, February 2026.
Abstract Purpose To evaluate the statistical fragility of randomised controlled trials (RCTs) investigating medial patellofemoral ligament reconstruction (MPFLR) of patients with patellar instability. Methods A search of PubMed, MEDLINE, and EMBASE databases for RCTs investigating surgical management of patients with patellar instability from inception

How to Use MRP in Continuous Production Industries When Order Type is Lot for Lot

open access: yesInternational Journal of Industrial Engineering and Production Research, 2010
The Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) method that is applied in production planning and management has some weaknesses. One of its weaknesses is that the time in MRP method is discrete, and is considered as time period. Hence we are not able to order

Tailored GelMA‐Chitosan‐Polypyrrole‐ CNT Conductive Scaffold for Potential Application in Neural Tissue Regeneration

open access: yesMacromolecular Materials and Engineering, Volume 311, Issue 2, February 2026.
This study presents an optimal hydrogel that matches the physicochemical and biological properties of neural tissue. The presence of carbon nanotubes and polypyrrole in the GelMA‐chitosan matrix improved the biomechanical and bioelectric properties of the scaffold and increased the adhesion and viability of PC12 and SH‐SY5Y cells.

Caylobolide B: Structure Revision, Total Synthesis, Biological Characterization, and Discovery of New Analogues

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, Volume 138, Issue 4, 22 January 2026.
Marine polyhydroxylated macrolides’ drug discovery potential is limited by structural complexity and scarce material supply, hindering structure assignment, synthesis, and biological studies. Here, we present an integrated workflow that combines chemogenomic profiling, ultra‐high‐resolution NMR‐guided structural revision and stereochemical assignment ...
