Health-related effects of early part-time sick leave due to musculoskeletal disorders: a randomized controlled trial

open access: yesScandinavian Journal of Work, Environment & Health, 2013
OBJECTIVE: Previously we reported that early part-time sick leave enhances return to work (RTW) among employees with musculoskeletal disorders (MSD). This paper assesses the health-related effects of this intervention.

A Drug‐Gated, Modular STAb‐T Immunotherapy With External Control

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Engineered STAb‐TON cells act as programmable living factories that continuously secrete inactive antibody modules, which assemble extracellularly into a functional T cell engager only upon small‐molecule administration. This externally controlled platform enables reversible, on‐demand regulation of antitumor immunity, establishing a new paradigm for ...

Bio‐Inspired Oligocellulose‐Regulated Ice‐Water Interfaces Enable Sustained Ion Transport in Frozen Aqueous Zinc Batteries

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Inspired by antifreeze glycoproteins (AFGPs), we synthesized a type of oligomeric cellulose (OC‐8) to inhibit ice formation and enlarge the inter‐ice water channel for transportation. Typical confocal fluorescence experiments display the expansion of the ice‐water interface for zinc‐ion transport.
