A Multi-sample Holder for the MSPD Beamline at ALBA

At the high resolution powder diffraction end station of the Materials Science and Powder Diffraction (MSPD) beamline at ALBA Synchrotron, several samples are measured on a daily basis. Thus, an automatic sample exchanger is a great asset to the beamline, permitting a more efficient use of beam time.

Simultaneous Determination of 15 Multiresidue Organophosphorous Pesticides in Camellia Oil by MSPD-GC–MS

A one step method based on matrix solid-phase dispersion for simultaneous determination of 15 organophosphorous pesticide residues in camellia oil was developed. The sample preparation could finish in 5 min without extraction procedure, and then analyzed by gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer.

A sensitive matrix solid-phase dispersion (MSPD)/gas chromatography-electron capture detector (GC-ECD) method was developed to determine cypermethrin residues in three tissues (muscle, liver, and gill) of crucian carp. Cypermethrin was simultaneously extracted by MSPD and determined by GC-ECD.
