OCIAD2 Stabilizes Integrin β1 Signaling Through SNX17‐Mediated Endosomal Recycling to Lipid Rafts and Modulates Cisplatin Response in HNSCC

This study identifies OCIAD2 as a critical regulator of cisplatin resistance in HNSCC. Mechanistically, OCIAD2 stabilizes integrin β1 through a direct physical interaction and facilitates its SNX17‐dependent endosomal recycling to lipid raft microdomains. TP53BP2 Promotes Placental Autophagy and Preeclampsia via G9a and DNMT1 Cooperatively Modulating E2F1

G9a, and DNA Methyltransferase1 (DNMT1) cooperatively modulates E2F1 on the promoter of tumor suppressor p53‐binding protein 2 (TP53BP2) increased autophagy in preeclampsia. TP53BP2 promotes autophagy in trophoblasts through DNA methylation and H3K9me2‐mediated transcriptional regulation.

Neuroprotective Effects of Time‐Restricted Feeding Combined With Different Protein Sources in MPTP‐Induced Parkinson's Disease Mice Model and Its Modulatory Impact on Gut Microbiota Metabolism

Time‐restricted feeding (TRF) exerts protein‐dependent neuroprotective effects in an MPTP‐induced Parkinson's disease model. In casein‐fed mice, TRF improves gut barrier integrity and reduces neuroinflammation, possibly via modulation of Allobaculum and BCAAs.
