The patient was a 61-year-old male with a peripheral mass of the left lung. Retrospectively, the mass, which showed slow growth later, could be seen in a chest X-ray 3 years before surgery.

Urology, 1989The twenty-eighth case of mucinous adenocarcinoma of the prostate is reported. This microscopic variety of prostatic cancer is rare and aggressive; it metastasizes to bone, does not seem to respond to hormone therapy, and reacts positively to immunoperoxidase stain.
