Cytopathology, EarlyView.A presumed case of pulmonary alveolar proteinosis with clinical deterioration was ultimately identified at autopsy as pneumonic‐type pleomorphic carcinoma. This case highlights the diagnostic overlap between diffuse lung diseases and the risk of anchoring bias in critically ill patients.

Combining TAG‐72CAR with anti‐MUC16CAR improves the potency of ovarian cancer treatment
The FEBS Journal, EarlyView.Tz‐KBBCAR, a combinatorial CAR targeting MUC16 and TAG‐72, enhances the precision of ovarian cancer immunotherapy. By requiring both tumour antigens for full activation, Tz‐KBBCAR was designed to eliminate MUC16+/TAG‐72+ cancer cells, while sparing MUC16+/TAG‐72‐ healthy cells.
