Mucinous Eccrine Carcinoma of the Eyelid
Ophthalmic Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, 1996A 78-year-old woman with recurrent chalazia of the upper eyelid was found to have mucinous eccrine carcinoma. This rare pathologic entity, with low metastatic potential, nevertheless has a significant recurrence rate. This case underscores the importance of considering this tumor in recalcitrant eyelid lesions and highlights the pathology of this tumor.

Primary Mucinous Carcinoma of the Skin
Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, 1997Primary mucinous carcinoma of the skin is a slow-growing tumor with a high recurrence rate. To improve the recognition of the clinical entity, two cases of this tumor were reported and were investigated histopathologically and histochemically. Both patients showed no evidence of metastatic mucinous adenocarcinoma int he breast or gastrointestinal tract.

Mucinous (Adenocystic) Carcinoma of the Skin
Dermatology, 1982A case of mucinous (adenocystic) carcinoma of the skin (MC) is presented. The differential diagnosis against metastasis from mucinous adenocarcinoma (mammary gland, gastrointestinal tract, ordinary sweat gland carcinoma) is emphasized. MC is characterised by its abundant content of non-sulphated mucopolysaccarides.

Pure mucinous carcinoma of the breast
The American Journal of Surgery, 2004The lack of a standard definition of "pure" mucinous carcinoma of the breast has made it difficult to compare data from different studies. This study used the most stringent criteria to define parameters for truly pure lesions.Sixty-five patients were identified.

Mucinous (Adenocystic) Carcinoma of the Skin
Archives of Dermatology, 1971Fourteen cases of primary mucinous carcinoma of the sweat glands occurred. Tumors of this type in the skin are frequently misdiagnosed as metastatic carcinoma. Histochemically, the mucin is of the sialomucin type. The tumor is commonly a round, elevated, reddish, and sometimes ulcerated mass, usually located on the face, head, or trunk.
