Mucoepidermoid tumor of the lip.
Nishi Nihon Hifuka, 1985 39才男子の上口唇に発生したmucoepidermoid tumorの1例を報告した。左上口唇唇紅部より皮膚側, 粘膜側におよぶ2.6×2.2cmの腫瘤で中央に潰瘍を伴う。組織学的にepidermoid cellsを主とした小腫瘍胞巣の密な浸潤を認め, mucous secreting cellsやintermediate cellsを混じる。一部では大型嚢腫様構造をとるが, 一部では筋層内への浸潤性増殖やリンパ管内浸潤を認めた。本症は低悪性型でも再発を繰り返し転移をきたす場合もあり, 再発のないよう充分な切除を行うことが必要である。
