Airborne Plant eDNA Reflects Local Biodiversity: A Multi‐Method Assessment in a Botanical Garden
Botanical garden sampling site, three air‐sampling approaches, and three sequencing pipelines (amplicon, short‐, and long‐read shotgun). Results demonstrate strong agreement with known plant sources, high complementarity among methods, and substantial contributions of sub‐pollen particles to airborne plant eDNA.
