2016Mullets are gonochoristic or bisexual fi sh: this implies that individuals are either males or females. Normally, adult females are bigger than males, but there is no sexual dimorphism and thus it is impossible to externally distinguish between sexes.

Između vrsta cipla koje nastanjuju Jadransko more postoje znatne sličnosti po pitanju ekologije, stoga je jedan od ciljeva rada pokušati jasno opisati osnovnu biologiju i ekologiju vrsta.
