Mulberry leaves protect rat tissues from immobilization stress‐induced inflammation

BioFactors, 2007
AbstractThe ability of the antioxidants in the mulberry leaves to protect Sprague‐Dawley rats from injuries caused by immobilization stress was studied as an indicator of the tissue bioavailability of antioxidants. Nitrite level, lipid peroxidation and total antioxidant activity (TAA) in the plasma and tissues were measured.

Simple and rapid determination of 1‐deoxynojirimycin in mulberry leaves

BioFactors, 2004
AbstractA simple and rapid method for determining 1‐deoxynojirimycin (DNJ), a potent glucosidase inihibitor present in mulberry leaves (Morus alba and Morus bombysis), by high performance liquid chromatography coupled to an evaporative light scattering detector (ELSD) has been developed.

Hierarchical porous carbon prepared from mulberry leaves for supercapacitors

Ionics, 2019
Hierarchical porous carbons with high surface area are synthesized from biomass mulberry leaves, by a hydrothermal carbonization and followed NaOH activation. The properties and the performances of the carbons are greatly influenced by the mass ratio of NaOH to the carbonized chars.

[Study on fingerprint of Mulberry leaves by GC-MS].

Zhongguo Zhong yao za zhi = Zhongguo zhongyao zazhi = China journal of Chinese materia medica, 2009
To establish a GC-MS fingerprint profile of the volatile oil in mulberry leaves (dried leaves of Morus abla) in order to provide the referent basis of quality evaluation. The volatile oil was extracted from mulberry leaves by water stream distillation method, 10 bathes of samples collected from different regions were analyzed by GC-MS, and their GC-MS ...
