Multi-attribute Group Decision Making-Based Decentralized Web Service Selection
2010 International Conference on Service Sciences, 2010In ubiquitous network environment, network and resources change frequently, the capabilities of devices are quite different. All these features lead to local characteristics of QoS (quality of service). In addition, the centralized service registry and service selection methods cannot adapt to ubiquitous network environment.

Multi-attribute group decision-making under probabilistic uncertain linguistic environment
Journal of the Operational Research Society, 2017AbstractExisting decision-making methods cannot work under the probabilistic uncertain linguistic environment where the decision makers give different uncertain linguistic terms as their assessments and the weights of assessments are different. In this paper, a novel concept called probabilistic uncertain linguistic term set is proposed, which is ...

Multi-attribute group decision making method based on evidence theory
2017 13th International Conference on Natural Computation, Fuzzy Systems and Knowledge Discovery (ICNC-FSKD), 2017Aiming at the group decision making problem of multi-person and multi-decision matrix, a multi-attribute group decision making method based on evidence theory has been proposed. In this method, firstly, the expert is regard as source of evidence to construct mass function of scheme, use expert weight coefficient to weight evidence, and to get the group

Integrated model for grey multi-attribute risk group decision-making
2009 IEEE International Conference on Grey Systems and Intelligent Services (GSIS 2009), 2009The problem of grey multi-attribute risk group decision-making is studied, when the attributive values are interval grey numbers and the attribute weights are unknown. Using grey incidence method of the grey system theory, relative deviation degree based on the optimum alternative group and the worst alternative group, a new method is proposed.

The classification-based consensus in multi-attribute group decision-making
Journal of the Operational Research Society, 2019In multi-attribute group decision-making problem (MAGDM), the existing consensus reaching process (CRP) is to obtain a consensus ranking of alternatives.

Group decision making with multi-attribute interval data
Information Fusion, 2013The aim of this paper is to present a group decision making methodology, in which the decision information, including the attribute values, attribute weights and weights of decision makers, is expressed in interval data. An extended TOPSIS technique is twice used in the proposed method, which is first used to determine the weights of decision makers ...

A HYBRID FUZZY APPROACH TO FUZZY MULTI-ATTRIBUTE GROUP DECISION-MAKING
International Journal of Information Technology & Decision Making, 2011The paper investigates fuzzy multi-attribute group decision-making (FMAGDM) problems. The important weights of the attributes and the ratings of the alternatives with respect to each attribute provided by multiple decision-makers are described by the linguistic variables expressed in triangular fuzzy numbers or trapezoidal fuzzy numbers.

Consensus of expert opinions in multi-attribute group decision making
International Journal of Applied Decision Sciences, 2014This paper suggests a new approach for consensus of expert opinions in multi-attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problems. In the proposed approach, different opinions of a group of experts with unequal importance are aggregated using a fuzzy average based on Buckley’s hypothesis test.

Research on grey multi-attribute risk group decision-making method
2007 IEEE International Conference on Grey Systems and Intelligent Services, 2007The problem of grey multi-attribute group decision making under risk, in which the attributes are interval grey number and the attribute weights are unknown is studied. Based on the ideal matrix, relative subordinate degree method is presented. Combining thoughts and method of grey system theory with classical risk decision-making method, the attribute
