Multi‐Functional ZnO–Te Heterojunction Devices Enabling Compact Frequency Quadrupler

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Wafer‐scale ZnO–Te heterojunction devices featuring tunable double negative differential transconductance (D‐NDT) are demonstrated at ≤ 200°C. Leveraging this unique characteristic, a single‐stage frequency quadrupler is realized, achieving a 64%–75% reduction in device count.

Multi‐Responsive Dendrimer‐Hyaluronic Acid Hydrogel With Lubricating and Immunoregulatory Functions for Synergistic Osteoarthritis Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A hydrogel with dynamic cross‐links was formed by cross‐linking hyaluronic acid with curcumin‐preloaded, phenylboronic acid‐modified poly(amidoamine) dendrimers. This hydrogel exhibited excellent injectability and self‐healing ability, enabling controlled Cur release in response to low pH, high reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation, or mechanical ...

Cross‐Layer Molecular Design for Coherent Interface Passivation in Rigid and Flexible Perovskite Solar Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A cross‐layer passivation strategy employing molecularly designed thiazol‐5‐ylmethanamine hydrochloride (TMACl) enables coherent defect regulation at the SnO2/perovskite interface, stabilizes both layers, promotes phase‐pure α‐FAPbI3 formation, and enhances charge extraction, delivering PCEs of 26.44% in rigid and 24.72% in flexible perovskite solar ...

Group decision making with multi-attribute interval data

Information Fusion, 2013
The aim of this paper is to present a group decision making methodology, in which the decision information, including the attribute values, attribute weights and weights of decision makers, is expressed in interval data. An extended TOPSIS technique is twice used in the proposed method, which is first used to determine the weights of decision makers ...

Multi-attribute group decision-making considering opinion dynamics

Expert Systems with Applications, 2021
Abstract Multi-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) is a complicated cognitive process that involves evaluation of opinion expression, information fusion, and analysis of multi-source uncertainties. In the incipient stage of MAGDM, decision makers (DMs) express their opinions on alternatives for each attribute and tend to interact with others ...

An Approach of Multi-attribute Group Decision Making

Proceedings of the 2019 3rd International Conference on Cloud and Big Data Computing, 2019
The main purpose of this paper is to determine the weights of attributes and decision makers (DMs) in multi-attribute group decision making (MAGDM) with interval grey numbers. Firstly, decision matrices are adjusted using the kernels of interval grey numbers to reduce the psychological effects of decision makers. Additionally, the comprehensive weights

APPROACHES TO MULTI-STAGE MULTI-ATTRIBUTE GROUP DECISION MAKING [PDF]

open access: possibleInternational Journal of Information Technology & Decision Making, 2011
Multi-stage multi-attribute group decision making (MS-MAGDM) as a familiar decision activity that usually occurs in our daily life, such as multi-stage investment decision making, medical diagnosis, personnel dynamic examination, military system efficiency dynamic evaluation, etc. The aim of this paper is to investigate MS-MAGDM problems in which both

Consensus of expert opinions in multi-attribute group decision making

International Journal of Applied Decision Sciences, 2014
This paper suggests a new approach for consensus of expert opinions in multi-attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problems. In the proposed approach, different opinions of a group of experts with unequal importance are aggregated using a fuzzy average based on Buckley’s hypothesis test.

A new way of handling multi-attribute group decision making problems

Journal of Intelligent & Fuzzy Systems, 2020
A novel idea of linguistic interval-valued intuitionistic neutrosophic fuzzy numbers (LIVINFNs) and operational laws of the numbers are introduced in this paper. LIVINF TOPSIS method is developed and application of the developed TOPSIS method to a multi-attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problem in a LIVINF environment is discussed.
