Multi-band antennas

IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society International Symposium. 1999 Digest. Held in conjunction with: USNC/URSI National Radio Science Meeting (Cat. No.99CH37010), 2003
Two different types of novel dual band antennas suitable for a data communicator device are reported. The first antenna is a dual frequency, dual polarization microstrip patch antenna, capable of generating two distinct frequencies with different polarization characteristics and radiation patterns. This antenna has been intended for coverage of the GSM/

A multi-band capillary immunosensor

Biosensors and Bioelectronics, 1998
In the present work we propose a new optical immunosensor based on capillary geometry and capable of multianalyte determinations. The device is made of a polystyrene capillary tube. The inner walls of the capillary are segmented into distinct bands which are coated with appropriate binding molecules.

A multi-band WLAN antenna

Eurocon 2013, 2013
This paper presents a small truncated waveguide fed by a microstrip line through a transverse coupling slot for multi-band WLAN applications. The proposed radiating element allows to obtain a high radiated power, with a very low cross-polar component in the radiated field, with a -10 dB bandwidth that covers the required frequencies for multi-band WLAN

Multi-Band Transmission Using Reconfigurable Complex Multi-Band Delta Sigma Polar Modulator

IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems II: Express Briefs, 2022
This paper presents a new reconfigurable complex multi-band delta sigma polar modulator (CMB-DSPM) architecture for multi-band transmission. In this paper, a 6th order band-pass delta sigma modulator (DSM) is designed and implemented for reconfigurable triple-band transmission.

Multi-band Monte Carlo method using anisotropic-analytical multi-band model

1996 International Conference on Simulation of Semiconductor Processes and Devices. SISPAD '96 (IEEE Cat. No.96TH8095), 2005
Fabrication of Si MOSFET's with a 0.1-/spl mu/m order gate length has now started. The Monte Carlo (MC) method is recognised as the most powerful simulation technique for devices of this size. In this paper we propose a new anisotropic-analytical band model, and we develop a multi-band MC simulator using this model to investigate hot carrier transport ...
