Object-centered interactive multi-dimensional scaling: Ask the expert

open access: yes, 2006
Multi-dimensional scaling (MDS) is a widely used technique to show, in a low dimensional space, relations between objects—such as humans, documents, soil samples—that are defined by a large set of features.

BAR-Based Multi-Dimensional Nonequilibrium Pulling for Indirect Construction of QM/MM Free Energy Landscape

open access: yes, 2019
Construction of free energy landscapes at Quantum mechanics (QM) level is computationally demanding. As shown in previous studies, by employing an indirect scheme (i.e.

Receptor‐Free Identification of Toxic Gases Enabled by Hygroscopic Aqueous Salt Films

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Water as a gas sensor coating sounds impossible—until it stops evaporating. Here, hygroscopic salt solutions (LiCl, LiBr, H3PO4) form non‐drying aqueous films on CNT chemiresistors under ambient air. Gases partition into these liquid layers, sometimes transforming into water, and generate salt‐specific resistance fingerprints across a four‐channel ...

ANALISIS POSITIONING KERIPIK KENTANG DENGAN PENDEKATAN METODE MULTI DIMENSIONAL SCALLING DI KOTA BATU

open access: yesAgrointek, 2016
Potato chips are one of the main products of Batu city. Based on data from Batu government’s  in 2002, there are only 2 selling units. In 2008, amount of potato chips   and another selling unit, so the research on positioning of potato chips in Batu city

Modelling and analysis of crosstalk in scaled CMOS interconnects [PDF]

open access: yes, 1995
The development of a general coupled RLC interconnect model for simulating scaled bus structures m VLSI is presented. Several different methods for extracting submicron resistance, inductance and capacitance parameters are documented.

Spatially Modulated Morphotropic Phase Boundaries in a Compressively Strained Multiferroic Thin Film

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT The coexisting rhombohedral‐like (R′, MA) and tetragonal‐like (T′, MC) monoclinic phases in compressively strained bismuth ferrite thin films exhibit exceptional piezoelectric and magnetic properties. While previous studies have largely focused on probing the morphotropic phase boundaries (MPBs) comprising ordered R′/T′ twins, their self ...

Stochastic Surface Growth [PDF]

open access: yes, 2003
Growth phenomena constitute an important field in nonequilibrium statistical mechanics. Kardar, Parisi, and Zhang (KPZ) in 1986 proposed a continuum theory for local stochastic growth predicting scale invariance with universal exponents and limiting ...

Intrinsic Photoactive Star ZnPc–Poly(glutamate) Nanoplatforms for Multimodal Glioblastoma Therapy and Brain‐Targeted Delivery

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
An intrinsic photoactive star‐shaped zinc phtalocyanine‐poly(L‐glutamic acid) (ZnPc‐PGA) nanoplatform for multimodal glioblastoma (GBM) therapy and brain‐targeted elivery. A ZnPc‐PGA‐based multifunctional theranostic nanocarrier platform enables image‐guided, multimodal GBM therapy. ZnPc‐PGA nanocarriers support the integration of fluorescence imaging,

Achieving High ON State Current through Ferroelectric Polarization‐Dependent Interfacial Resistance Switching in Undoped Orthorhombic HfO2 Films

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Ferroelectric tunnel junction devices based on epitaxial undoped ferroelectric HfO2 films demonstrate stable switching endurance of over 106 switching cycles, low write voltages of ±3 V, 16 measured resistance states, and neuromorphic capability.
