Network divergence analysis identifies adaptive gene modules and two orthogonal vulnerability axes in pancreatic cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

MULTI-FREQUENCY RADIO INTERFEROMETRY ALGORITHM

open access: yesOdessa Astronomical Publications, 2019
This article is a continuation of the work published in (Orlov, 2018). A method of multi-frequency beamforming of a radio interferometer is proposed. The model diagram is presented, which consists of two antenna arrays, filters, receivers and a signal summing circuit. The model works as follows.

Pre‐analytical optimization of cell‐free DNA and extracellular vesicle‐derived DNA for mutation detection in liquid biopsies

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.

Resonant Drive Techniques for Electrostatic Microelectromechanical Systems (MEMS): A Comparative Study

open access: yesSensors
Electrostatic actuation is widely employed in microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) due to its distinct advantages. However, it requires high voltage, typically provided by a power supply and a high voltage amplifier, which is limited in gain, especially

Interrogating the immune landscape of microsatellite stable RAS‐mutated colon cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
COLOSSUS project RAS‐mutated MSS colon cancer study explored transcriptomics and immune cell density by immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoscore (IS), ISIC/TuLIS scores, mutation counts, and detected different prevalences but similar microenvironment composition across immune markers with clinical relevance for future immunotherapy combination ...

Multi-frequency functional generator

open access: yesEuropean science review, 2014
The author describes a multi-frequency functional generator, which can be used to form the grid of frequency in communications equipment, measure and compute devices, as well as to generate quadrature signals of several harmonic frequencies and signals of different forms of the same frequency.

Keratin 19 as a prognostic marker and contributing factor of metastasis and chemoresistance in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.
