UAV Positioning Based on Multi-Sensor Fusion [PDF]

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2020
Real-time and stable positioning data is essential for the UAV to perform various tasks. The traditional multi-sensor data fusion algorithm needs to know the measurement noise of sensor data, and even if there are corresponding adaptive methods to estimate the noise, most methods cannot deal with time-varying noise.

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

Microbiome−host proteostasis crosstalk—An emerging perspective on mechanisms and interventions toward healthy longevity

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Proteostasis and the gut microbiota play a key role in shaping host physiology. Microbiota‐derived metabolites, vitamins, and RNA modulate host proteostasis. Findings from model systems, including C. elegans, indicate microbes can either stabilize or disrupt host proteostasis.

Underwater Positioning Method Based on Vision-Inertia-Pressure Fusion

open access: yes水下无人系统学报
In underwater unstructured environments, robots face difficulties in relying on external base stations for localization. Therefore, autonomous localization using multi-sensor fusion has significant application value in such settings.

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

Network divergence analysis identifies adaptive gene modules and two orthogonal vulnerability axes in pancreatic cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Research on multisensor high precision data fusion algorithm for mobile robot

open access: yesDianzi Jishu Yingyong, 2018
In this paper, based on fuzzy proximity data fusion algorithm, the algorithm of multi-sensor high precision data fusion for mobile robot is studied. The estimated value and the measured value are fuzzy, and the fuzzy lattice close degree is calculated ...

CD47 promotes mitogen‐activated protein kinase and epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition molecular programs to drive prometastatic phenotypes in non‐small cell lung cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.
