Regiorandom Polythiophenes for Fully Stretchable Electrochemical Transistors and Logic Circuits

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Regiorandom (RRa) polythiophenes, once regarded as unsuitable for electronics, exhibit exceptional switching performance via volumetric electrochemical doping. Optimized RRa‐based organic electrochemical transistors (OECTs) achieve a high on/off ratio (≈104), stable operation under 200% strain, and enable fully stretchable logic gates, demonstrating ...

High‐Resolution and Real‐Time In Situ Generation of Cellular Spheroids by Laser‐Assisted Bioprinting for Guided Microvascularization

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Micro‐injection laser‐assisted bioprinting enables ultrafast and precise patterning of small endothelial cell spheroids by injecting a highly concentrated single‐cell suspension into GelMA/ColMA hydrogels. In co‐culture with fibroblasts, controlled pre‐vasculogenic network formation is obtained at microscale resolution.

Thermoelastic-Plastic Flow Equations in General Coordinates

open access: yes, 2018
The equations governing the thermoelastic-plastic flow of isotropic solids in the Prandtl-Reuss and small anisotropy approximations in Cartesian coordinates are generalized to arbitrary coordinate systems.

Actuating and Sensing Composites of Liquid Crystal Elastomers and Poly(ionic liquid)s

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Ionic conductive, mechanically tough, flexible, and stretchable filaments of a composite material comprising a liquid crystal elastomer and a poly(ionic liquid) are produced through 3D printing, which exhibit large actuation strain under stimulation and electrical resistance variation in response to deformation or environmental condition changes. Their

Multisurface plasticity models under yielding conditions/Multisurface-plastizitäts-modelle mit zusammengesetzten fliessbedingungen

open access: yesJournal of Civil Engineering and Management, 1999
An implicit integration algorithm for arbitrary multi- surface plasticity is presented. This perfectly-plastic model uses isotrop and anisotrop Mohr-Coulomb criteria with tension-cutoff and associated or non-associated flow rules.
