A general iterative method for multi-valued mappings

open access: yes, 2014
Our purpose in this paper is to introduce a new general iterative approximation method for a family of multi-valued mappings in reflexive Banach spaces. Under suitable conditions, some strong convergence theorems for approximating a common fixed point of

Krasnoselskii-Mann method for multi-valued non-self mappings in CAT(0) spaces

open access: yes, 2017
We define Mann iterative scheme in CAT(0) spaces and obtain 4-convergence and strong convergence of the iterative scheme to a fixed point of multi-valued nonexpansive non-self mappings.

YIPFα1A expression is regulated by multilayered molecular mechanisms

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
YIPFα1A, a five‐pass Golgi protein, is regulated at multiple layers. (1) Rare‐codon enrichment drives translation‐coupled mRNA decay. (2) A proximal 3′‐UTR element stabilizes mRNA. (3) A distal 3′‐UTR element included by alternate poly(A) site usage represses translation, which can be overridden by the proximal 3′‐UTR element.

A generalized coincidence point index

open access: yesApplied General Topology, 2005
The paper is devoted to build for some pairs of continuous single-valued maps a coincidence point index. The class of pairs (f, g) satisfies the condition that f induces an epimorphism of the Cech homology groups with compact supports and coefficients in

Continuity notions for multi-valued mappings

open access: yes, 2008
If we regard a multi-valued mapping as a generalization of a single-valued mapping, we may ask for generalizations of important properties as well, concerning fixed-points, projection, composition etc.

Derivation and characterization of retinal pigment epithelium from urine‐derived iPSCs

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Age‐related macular degeneration causes vision loss via RPE dysfunction and loss. Traditional iPSC therapies rely on invasive biopsies, limiting scalability. Here, we utilize urine‐derived stem cells as an accessible source to generate u‐iPSCs, successfully differentiated into pigmented RPE. This “Urine‐to‐Retina” platform provides a promising path for

Cascade search principle and its applications to the coincidence problems of n one-valued or multi-valued mappings

open access: yes, 2009
The problem of the construction of a multi-cascade with a given limit subset A is considered in a metric space X. A multi-cascade is a discrete multi-valued dynamic system with the translation semigroup (Z⩾0,+).

Refinement of amino‐acid conformation vs. difference density maps in time‐resolved serial femtosecond crystallography data analysis

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
The dFoCC pipeline starts with observed DED and resting‐state coordinates, which are then used to generate a library of triggered states. Correlation analysis of the calculated DED features of each candidate vs observed DED permits quantitative evaluation of candidate structural quality.

Fixed Point Theorem on Multi-valued Mappings

open access: yesInternational Journal of Analysis and Applications, 2013
In this paper, we  prove a common fixed pointtheorem for two multivalued self-mappings  in complete metric spaces.
