Operator algebras associated with multi-valued mappings
In the paper a new approach is proposed to construction of operator algebras generated by multi-valued mappings on a countable set. We present initial results, discuss the connection with known structures, outline further research directions.

Drug resistance limits treatment success in a subset of lung cancers driven by ROS1 gene alterations. Using patient‐derived cells and computer simulations, we studied three key mutations and how they affect five targeted drugs. The mutations reduced drug effectiveness in different ways by altering protein structure and behavior.

Some Generalizations of Mulit-Valued Version of Schauder’s Fixed Point Theorem with Applications
In this article, a generalization of a Kakutani-Fan fixed point theorem for multi-valued mappings in Banach spaces is proved under weaker upper semi-continuity condition and it is further applied to derive a generalized version of Krasnoselskii’s fixed ...

Fixed Point Approximation of Generalized α-Non-Expansive Multi-Valued Mapping in Convex Metric Space
In this paper, we present approximation results for a generalized α-non-expansive multi-valued mapping using a four-step iteration scheme introduced in the context of a convex metric space.

Fixed point theorems for single and multi-valued mappings
The purpose of this thesis is to set forth some fixed point theorems in metric and Banach spaces for single-valued and multi-valued mappings of a contractive type.

This protocol paper outlines methods to establish the success of a time‐resolved serial crystallographic experiment, by means of statistical analysis of timepoint data in reciprocal space and models in real space. We show how to amplify the signal from excited states to visualise structural changes in successful experiments.

Some fixed point results for a class of g-monotone increasing multi-valued mappings
In this paper, we introduce the new notion of g-monotone mapping and prove some fixed point theorems for multi-valued and single-valued g-increasing mappings in partially ordered metric spaces. The mappings considered in this paper are assumed to satisfy

Rapid screening of staphylokinase protein variants using an unpurified cell‐free expression system
An unpurified cell‐free protein synthesis (CFPS) platform enables rapid functional screening of staphylokinase variants. Direct plasminogen‐activation assays performed in microplate format provide real‐time activity readouts, allowing rapid identification and ranking of variants with improved or reduced fibrinolytic activity without protein ...

Multi-valued contraction mappings and fixed points in metric spaces
The purpose of this thesis is to set forth some fixed point theorems in (complete) metric spaces for single-valued and multi-valued contraction mappings; with emphasis on multi-valued contraction mappings.

Chemotherapy side effects significantly impact cancer survivors' quality of life. Using protein levels in blood samples from breast cancer patients before and after 12 weeks of taxane treatment, we detected treatment‐dependent changes in calcium signaling and aging pathways associated with cancer recurrence.
