A Study on Some Multi-Valued Interpolative Contractions
In the present study, we introduce a new approach to interpolative mappings in fixed point theory by combining the ideas of Nadler [1], Karapınar et. al. [2,3], Jleli and Samet [4].

Interpreting the effects of DNA polymerase variants at the structural level
Using MAVISp and molecular dynamics simulations, we analyzed over 60 000 missense variants in POLE and POLD1 from ClinVar, COSMIC, cBioPortal, and saturation mutagenesis. Identified mechanistic indicators, including stability, binding, and long‐range, enable structural interpretation, providing ACMG‐like evidence for possible reclassification of VUS ...

Both cg12821679MAPRE3 methylation and MAPRE3 expression are significantly associated with overall survival (OS) of non‐small cell lung cancer. Meanwhile, MAPRE3 expression significantly modified the effect of smoking cessation on OS. Smoking cessation benefits OS merely for patients with high MAPRE3 expression.

Some fixed point theorems for discontinuous mappings [PDF]
This paper provides a fixed point theorem à la Schauder, where the mappings considered are possibly discontinuous. Our main result generalizes and unifies several well-known results.Schauder fixed point theorem, Brouwer fixed point theorem, discontinuity.

Radiotherapy (RT) response depends on the DNA repair capacity of tumor and host cells. We show that circulating tumor cell (CTC) counts and apoptosis rates before and after RT predict treatment response and outcome, which can be accessed via easily accessible liquid biopsy approaches. New Perturbed Proximal Point Algorithms for Set-valued Quasi Variational Inclusions
In this paper, by using some new and innovative techniques, some perturbed iterative algorithms for solving generalized set-valued variational inclusions are suggested and analyzed.

We identify USP29 as the only DUB mirroring CA9 expression, a marker of hypoxia and HIF pathway activation associated with PCA aggressiveness. USP29 stabilizes HIF‐1α and HIF‐2α via a noncanonical mechanism that is independent of PHD/pVHL activity yet relies on proteasomal regulation, establishing USP29 as a previously unrecognized regulator of hypoxic

Approximate Convexity of Set-Valued Mappings and Variational Inequalities
In this article, we introduce the notion of approximate convexity for set-valued mappings, specifically in the forms of approximate pseudoconvexity and approximate quasiconvexity.

Finding novel vulnerabilities of hypomorphic BRCA1 alleles
Synthetic lethality screens performed to identify novel vulnerabilities often model complete gene loss, thereby overlooking patient‐derived hypomorphic mutations. In this study, we have performed genome‐wide CRISPR screens on BRCA1 hypomorphic mutations, showing BRCA1I26A behaves like wild‐type, while BRCA1R1699Q mimics deficiency. Furthermore, we have

ON COUPLED FIXED POINTS FOR TWO MULTI-VALUED MAPPINGS IN ORDERED S -METRIC SPACES [PDF]
In the present paper, we propose a multi-valued version of weakly mixed monotone property for two single-valued mappings in partially ordered -metric spaces. Also, we state and prove some coupled fixed point theorems using this property.
