Multipole interference (MPI) plays pivotal roles in electromagnetics. In optics, it has been realized typically with the Mie resonance in high‐index, deep‐subwavelength‐scale dielectric resonators. A new, diffraction‐based MPI scheme is proposed and demonstrated with low‐index, mesoscale dielectric structures.

Optical wireless communications (OWCs) provide a promising alternative to spectrum‐congested microwave wireless communications. Recently, the use of metasurfaces with sub‐wavelength features for dynamic beam steering, beam manipulation, and spatial or optical‐angular‐momentum mode generation, conversion, and multiplexing in OWCs is proposed and ...

Compressive properties of 3D printed auxetic structures: experimental and numerical studies
Metamaterials that exhibit negative Poisson’s ratio (NPR) are known as auxetics. They laterally expand or contract when they are axially tensioned or compressed.

NLO QCD corrections to the production of Higgs plus two jets at the LHC
We present the calculation of the NLO QCD corrections to the associated production of a Higgs boson and two jets, in the infinite top-mass limit. We discuss the technical details of the computation and we show the numerical impact of the radiative ...
