Change Trajectories During Parent–Child Interaction Therapy for Autistic Children and Their Caregivers

open access: yesAutism Research, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Disruptive behaviors (non‐compliance, aggression) are common in autistic children. Parent–Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) is a caregiver‐mediated intervention utilizing in vivo caregiver coaching that reduces disruptive behaviors and has been shown to be effective for young autistic children.

A note on some new modifications of ridge estimators

open access: yesKuwait Journal of Science, 2017
Ridge estimator is an alternative to ordinary least square estimator when there is multicollinearity problem. There are many proposed estimators in literature.

Exposure, Extinction, and Cognitive Appraisals in Autistic Adults With Social Anxiety: Evidence From a Structured Speech Exposure Task

open access: yesAutism Research, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Social anxiety (SA) is highly prevalent among autistic adults, yet little is known about how autistic people respond to common therapeutic strategies, such as exposure tasks. This study examined responses to a structured speech exposure task embedded within an 8‐week modified cognitive–behavioral therapy (M‐CBT) program.

Bagging-based heteroscedasticity-adjusted ridge estimators in the linear regression model

open access: yesKuwait Journal of Science
The existence of multicollinearity between independent variables and heteroscedastic error has a colossal impact on the performance of the ordinary least square (OLS) estimator and its covariance matrix.

Untangling Sex and Gender Differences in Impression Management and Associated Autism Features in French Autistic Adults

open access: yesAutism Research, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Some autistic individuals camouflage their behavioral differences, a phenomenon that overlaps with general impression management (IM). The quantitative impact of metabolism‐inhibiting drugs on the occurrence of adverse drug reactions—A backward selection approach

open access: yesBritish Journal of Clinical Pharmacology, EarlyView.
Abstract Aim The quantitative effect of several inhibitory drugs on the development of adverse drug reactions (ADRs) is currently difficult to estimate. Our aim was to identify metabolic pathways, which, when inhibited, increase the risk for certain ADRs, and to use this system to consider comedication at individual level. Methods Data of a prospective
