Sociodemographic Factors Associated with Hours Worked by Primary Carers in Australia
ABSTRACT Primary caregivers constitute a major unpaid workforce in Australia. The aim of this study was to determine the sociodemographic factors that are associated with carer workloads. Multinomial logistic regression modelling was applied to the nation‐wide Australian Government survey.

Multicollinearity in transportation models
This thesis explores some of the limitations and implications of using multiple regression analysis in transportation models. Specifically it investigates how the problem of multicollinearity, which results from using intercorrelated variables in trip ...

Statistical shape modeling of the human inner ear through micro‐computed tomography imaging
In this study, 54 cadaveric temporal bone specimens underwent high‐resolution micro‐CT imaging. Images were semi‐automatically segmented and converted to 3D surface mesh models for morphological measurement and analysis. Statistical shape models were created for the inner ear, cochlea, and vestibular system, as well as for sex‐ and side‐based subgroups.

Over the edge: Empirical evidence for the cliff‐edge model of obstetric selection
Abstract The cliff‐edge model of obstetric selection maintains that larger neonates and smaller birth canals confer a positive selective advantage until labor becomes obstructed and vaginal delivery is no longer possible, eliciting an abrupt reduction in fitness.

A note on some new modifications of ridge estimators
Ridge estimator is an alternative to ordinary least square estimator when there is multicollinearity problem. There are many proposed estimators in literature.

A new 5-step perturbation-based multicollinearity diagnostic package
The ordinary least squares method, for estimating unknown parameters of a multiple linear regression (MLR) model, produces an idealistic solution if the column vectors (regressors) of the design matrix X are linearly independent.

Bagging-based heteroscedasticity-adjusted ridge estimators in the linear regression model
The existence of multicollinearity between independent variables and heteroscedastic error has a colossal impact on the performance of the ordinary least square (OLS) estimator and its covariance matrix.
