Cooperation in Multicriteria Repeated Games

2017
In classical Game Theory a rational player’s goal is to maximize its payoff by choosing a strategy that is best response to the opponent’s strategy. This theoretical presumption leads to mutual defection in dilemma games. Despite theoretical prediction in real life situations players tend to cooperate. Our goal is to develop a model that overcomes some

Multicriteria Dynamic Games with Random Horizon

2021
We consider a dynamic, discrete-time, game model where the players use a common resource and have different criteria to optimize. Moreover, the planning horizon is assumed to be random. To construct a multicriteria Nash equilibrium the bargaining solution is adopted.

On One Feature of Multicriteria Differential Games

Cybernetics and Systems Analysis, 2002
A theory of one feature of multicriteria differential games using model theorems and conditions are provided for the theoretical foundation. It is also said that the negative property revealed that the multi criterion in differential games is an important aspect for a play.

Coalition Stability in Dynamic Multicriteria Games

2019
We consider a dynamic, discrete-time, game model where the players use a common resource and have different criteria to optimize. The coalition formation process in dynamic multicriteria games is considered. The characteristic function is constructed in two unusual forms under the assumption of informed players: all players decide simultaneously or ...

Domination structures and multicriteria problems in n-person games

Theory and Decision, 1977
Multiple criteria decision problems with one decision maker have been recognized and discussed in the recent literature in optimization theory, operations research and management science. The corresponding concept with n-decision makers, namely multicriteria n-person games, has not yet been extensively explored.

On the Cooperative Behavior in Multistage Multicriteria Game with Chance Moves

2020
We consider a class of multistage multicriteria games in extensive form with chance moves where the players cooperate to maximize their expected joint vector payoff. Assuming that the players have agreed to accept the minimal sum of relative deviations rule in order to choose a unique Pareto optimal payoffs vector, we prove the time consistency of the ...

On the genericity of the finite number of equilibria in multicriteria games: a counterexample

International Journal of Mathematics in Operational Research, 2013
The famous Harsanyi’s (1973) Theorem states that a generic finite game has an odd number of Nash equilibria in mixed strategies. In this paper, counterexamples are given showing that for finite multicriteria games (games with vector-valued payoffs) this kind of result does not hold.
