MULTIFREQUENCY STACKED PATCH ANTENNA ANALYSIS
Telecommunications and Radio Engineering, 2023In this paper, the theoretical and simulated results of a quad-band patch antenna without any air/foam gap between the dielectric layers are discussed. The design idea uses a skated dielectric layers to achieve a multi-frequency operation. The antenna under study includes four patches patterned on the top of layered dielectric substrates and is stacked

Multifrequency dielectric EBG antenna
Microwave and Optical Technology Letters, 2004AbstractThis paper describes how to design an electromagnetic band gap (EBG) resonator antenna to radiate directive patterns for multiple frequencies. The principle is explained and applied to a GSM/DCS antenna. A prototype which is smaller than the GSM/DCS antenna for ease of manufacture, is realized. The operating frequencies are 4.2 GHz and 7.4 GHz.

A multifrequency microstrip antenna
Microwave and Optical Technology Letters, 2005AbstractInvestigations of a microstrip antenna for multifrequency operation are reported. The integral‐equation method, using IE3D software, is used for the analysis of the antenna. The antenna can be used to operate at four different resonance frequencies with broadside radiation patterns.

Multifrequency and broadband optical antennas
SPIE Proceedings, 2012Traditional optical components have many drawbacks such as bulky size and suffering from the diffraction limits. In order to solve these problems, optical antennas have been proposed recently. It overcomes the constraints imposed by conventional optical devices, allowing unprecedented control of light-matter interactions within sub-wavelength volume.

Integrated multifrequency phased array antenna
IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society International Symposium. 2001 Digest. Held in conjunction with: USNC/URSI National Radio Science Meeting (Cat. No.01CH37229), 2002A new wideband small size, multifrequency phased array antenna with beam scanning capability has been designed and developed at X-, K- and Ku-band frequency ranges. The phased array design utilizes multi-function wideband RF antenna (T/R modules) elements, which are realized by integrating a wideband transmitter source (RF amplifiers), low noise ...

Multifrequency Metallo-Material Antenna Optimization
2006 IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society International Symposium, 2006This paper presents a novel multifrequency antenna optimization algorithm to achieve novel metallo-material (magnetic and dielectric) conformal antenna designs. For the first time, combinations of dielectric, magnetic and metallic materials were concurrently modified volumetrically subject to multi-objective optimization criteria.

A novel multifrequency hybrid antenna
Microwave and Optical Technology Letters, 2013ABSTRACTA hybrid multifrequency antenna is designed by using a cubic dielectric resonator antenna and coplanar wave guide (CPW) loop radiator. The dielectric resonator antenna (DRA) is also excited by the same CPW. The DRA in conjunction with the CPW loop generates multiple frequencies which may be controlled by optimizing the dimension of the DRA and ...
