Probing Viscoelasticity of Polymeric Coatings Using Nonlinear Dynamic Atomic Force Microscopy
For soft materials it is essential to characterize both the elastic and viscous material properties. Using an atomic force microscope, the hardening nonlinearity induced by a tip‐sample contact and bifurcation points can be used to separately estimate the visco‐ and elastic parts of the tip‐sample interaction force.

The Geometry of PSR B0031-07 [PDF]
PSR B0031-07 is well known to exhibit three different modes of drifting sub-pulses (mode A, B and C). It has recently been shown that in a multifrequency observation, consisting of 2700 pulses, all driftmodes were visible at low frequencies, while at 4 ...

WFH: A Wideband Frequency Hopping‐Based Anti‐Jamming Navigation Signal Structure
Given the limitations of existing satellite navigation signals in antijamming performance amid growing environmental jamming, this paper proposes a navigation signal structure based on wideband frequency hopping (WFH) modulation to enhance both antijamming capability and measurement accuracy. It further introduces the nonstationary effective carrier‐to‐

An NSCT-Based Multifrequency GPR Data-Fusion Method for Concealed Damage Detection
Ground-penetrating radar (GPR) is widely employed as a non-destructive tool for subsurface detection of transport infrastructures. Typically, data collected by high-frequency antennas offer high resolution but limited penetration depth, whereas data from

Quad-band internal mobile phone antenna [PDF]
A novel internal, quad-band antenna placed inside a ‘foldable’ type of Mobile Phone is presented. Its structure consists of a helical and a monopole element exciting two broad frequency bands.

We used static‐gradient 19F NMR imaging to compare molecular dynamics in semicrystalline polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and amorphous fluorinated elastomer films. PTFE shows depth‐dependent motion, while the elastomer exhibits uniform dynamics with resonance‐like peaks in its spectral density, suggesting intrinsic vibrational modes.

MODIFIED Π-SHAPED SLOT LOADED MULTIFREQUENCY MICROSTRIP ANTENNA
A single layer, single feed microstrip antenna with multifrequency operation in compact size is proposed. A modified inverted π-shaped slot is introduced at the left side radiating edge of the patch to reduce the size of the antenna by reducing the resonant frequency.
