Multigrid Methods for Differential Eigenproblems

This paper develops an efficient multigrid algorithm for solving the eigenvalue problem associated with a linear differential operator. The algorithm is based on the full approximation scheme (FAS) and incorporates a Ritz projection process for simultaneous computation of several eigenvalues and their eigenvectors.
