Memristive‐Gated RC‐Delay Synaptic Transistors for Time‐Encoded Analog in‐Memory Computing
A Memristive‐Gated Transistor for Time‐Encoded Analog In‐Memory Computing — By exploiting the RC delay of a self‐rectifying interface‐type memristor, nonlinear I–V distortion is structurally bypassed, enabling 3‐bit nonvolatile memory, spike‐timing‐based analog encoding, and hardware‐calibrated reservoir‐computing validation within a unified device ...

Further Development of Surface Metrology Methods for Predicting the Functional Performance of Flexible PV Barrier Films [PDF]
Surface topography analysis plays a very significant role in determining the functional performance for many engineering surfaces. In this paper, feature characterisation techniques, based on the ‘Wolf pruning’ method are implemented to characterise ...

A dynamically actuated reconfigurable topographical surface (DARTS) integrates contact‐mediated bactericidal nanotopography with programmable mechanical actuation to actively disrupt bacterial biofilms. Dynamic surface reconfiguration enhances bacterial killing and suppresses implant‐associated infections in vivo, providing a new strategy for active ...

We present a scalable EC/TC hybrid smart window using a DCPE that enables tunable solar modulation (ΔTsol:15–43%), fast electrochromic switching (<90 s), and strong thermal blocking (10–14°C reduction). HPMC improves thermal stability, while an optimized ISL enhances EC performance.

Melting in multilayer adsorbed films
We present both an improved model and new experimental data concerning the problem of melting in multilayer adsorbed films. The model treats in a mutually consistent manner all interfaces in a stratified film. This results in the prediction of substrate freezing, a phenomenon thermodynamically analogous to surface melting.
